Site Supervisor
Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to oversee daily custodial operations and support overall site performance. This role is responsible for supervising staff, ensuring quality service standards, maintaining safety compliance, and assisting with hiring, training, and scheduling.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with recruiting, hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and training employees.
- Supervise daily custodial operations and ensure service expectations are met.
- Conduct routine inspections to maintain cleanliness, safety, and OSHA compliance.
- Monitor employee performance and provide coaching and feedback.
- Ensure staff have the equipment, tools, and supplies needed to perform their duties.
- Report accidents, incidents, and maintenance concerns promptly.
- Recommend corrective actions and process improvements.
- Support operational efficiency and perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- 1 year of supervisory or operations experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility.
Physical Requirements
- Frequent walking and standing.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Job Information
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Pay Rate: $25.00 per hour
Job Type: Full-Time
