We are growing—and looking for a Salon Manager who is ready to grow with us.
About the Role
This is not a typical salon manager position.
We are looking for a high-level operator and leader who is excited to:
- Learn every detail of how a high-performing salon runs
- Elevate the guest experience to a luxury standard
- Optimize systems, schedules, and profitability
- Eventually step into a leadership and coaching role with our team
This role will evolve over time, starting with operations and growing into leadership.
What You’ll Do:
Phase 1: Operations Guest Experience
- Oversee daily salon flow and guest experience
- Support front desk and ensure seamless booking rebooking
- Maximize stylist schedules and reduce downtime
- Manage housekeeping team to maintain a pristine environment
- Learn all inventory systems, ordering, and product flow
- Resolve client concerns with professionalism and care
Phase 2: Systems Performance
- Track and improve key salon metrics (retail, booking, retention)
- Manage inventory and reduce waste/spending
- Identify opportunities to increase revenue and efficiency
- Help implement improved systems and workflows
Phase 3: Team Leadership (Earned Over Time)
- Coach stylists on performance and growth
- Support goal setting and accountability
- Help maintain a positive, high-performing culture
- Assist with team communication and development
Who You Are
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Strong in customer service and problem-solving
- Confident, but emotionally intelligent
- A natural leader who earns trust (not demands it)
- Data-driven and comfortable with performance metrics
- Passionate about the beauty industry (experience preferred)
Requirements
- Management or leadership experience (salon experience preferred but not required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Comfort with technology, scheduling systems, and reporting
- Availability Tuesday–Saturday (mix of days/nights)
