Essential Duties and Responsibilities
? Responsible for the timely servicing and quality of work for all maintenance contracts within the Operations/Account Manager's book of work.
? Control budgeted property hours and all direct and indirect costs.
? Train Crew Leaders to manage their crews for efficiency and quality.
? Regularly and routinely communicate with customers about routine items, supporting the Account Manager in providing quality customer service. Must be helpful and courteous to customers.
? Assist in coordinating and supervising irrigation, pest control, and landscape enhancement activities.
? Review personnel to ensure adherence to company policies and that proper training and safety practices are followed.
? Review and monitor equipment maintenance programs. Ensure equipment is in good operating order and that crew members are trained in proper, safe operation and preventative maintenance.
? Review and approve daily hours and weekly payroll.
? Fill in for any field position (Gardener, Crew Leader, Irrigation Tech) as needed due to absences or operational needs.
? Work with the Operations/Account Manager to provide pricing and labor-hour estimates for new maintenance sales, special projects, seasonal color, and similar work.
? Maintain working knowledge of automatic irrigation systems, including controller programming, valve troubleshooting, and repair of lateral lines, sprinkler heads, and drip emitters.
? Comply with all established company policies and procedures.
? Maintain confidentiality of proprietary company information; sign nondisclosure and noncompetition agreements as required.
? Arrive a minimum of 20 minutes before crew’s dispatch and remain at least 30 minutes after crews complete the workday.
? Spend approximately 25% of the workday outdoors, including hands-on training on equipment and machinery.

Required Qualifications
? Landscaping experience required.
? Prior management/supervisory experience.
? Basic computer skills.
? Valid driver's license with a driving record acceptable to the company's insurance carrier.
Preferred Qualifications
? Bilingual (English/Spanish), able to read and write in English.
? Experience with Aspire software.
? Prior experience training and developing crew members.
? Qualified Applicator License (QAL) and/or applicable landscaping certifications.
Physical Demands
? Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds of landscape material and equipment.
? Ability to operate all power equipment specific to the landscape industry.
? Ability to walk, stand, squat, and kneel for extended periods of time.
? Frequent repetitive movements with the hands, wrists, ankles, and knees.
? Ability to twist, turn, and bend the trunk of the body frequently.

Education and Experience
? High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
? 2–5 years of landscaping supervisory experience.
