Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Production Planner role based in Pedricktown, NJ. The Production Planner will be responsible for creating and maintaining production schedules, coordinating with various departments to ensure efficient workflows and timely delivery. This role involves analyzing data to forecast production needs, optimizing resources, and resolving scheduling conflicts. You will collaborate with team members to ensure effective communication and alignment across production processes, contributing to operational excellence and achieving organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Production Schedules and Production Planning
- Proficiency in Planning and Analytical Skills to forecast and optimize production processes
- Effective Communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in production planning software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or a related field preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is highly desirable
