Verdant Specialty Solutions is seeking a Material Handler to support the safe handling, storage, and shipment of specialty chemical materials at our manufacturing facility. This role ensures raw materials and finished goods are received, staged, packaged, and shipped in accordance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
This position works on-site and follows a Monday–Friday schedule.

- Apply proper labeling in accordance with DOT and site requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of material movement and inventory transactions.
- Perform inventory cycle counts and assist with periodic physical inventories.
- Follow safety procedures, work permits, and site operating requirements.
- Maintain housekeeping standards in assigned work areas.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Basic computer skills with ability to learn ERP system transactions.
- Strong teamwork mindset and willingness to support others.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Forklift operation experience required.
- At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing, warehousing, processing, or batching environment preferred.
