What You'll Do
- Plan and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance activities using SAP to maximize equipment reliability and plant uptime.
- Coordinate maintenance work with operations and other departments to minimize downtime and production disruptions.
- Manage work orders, preventive maintenance schedules, equipment records, and maintenance documentation within SAP.
- Perform and support preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical and electrical equipment.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment to maintain safe and efficient operations.
- Support reliability initiatives, root cause analyses, and continuous improvement efforts.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and company standards.

What You Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree, trade school certification, or related maintenance training preferred.
- Minimum two (2) years of experience in a chemical manufacturing, specialty chemicals, or continuous-process manufacturing environment.
- Minimum one (1) year of experience utilizing SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) or a similar computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
