Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Dental Lab Technician to join our team. This position offers hands-on experience with advanced dental technologies, including 3D printing, and provides opportunities for professional growth and advancement. Key Responsibilities:
- Scanning model work into 3shape using our 3D scanner
- Disinfect and prepare incoming lab cases for processing
- Assist with plaster work and other basic lab tasks as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure efficiency and safety
- Support senior technicians in various lab procedures
- Participate in training under CDT-certified dental technicians
- Adhere to all safety protocols
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic understanding of dental terminology is a plus but not required
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Manual dexterity and comfort working with small tools and materials
