Responsibilities
The group includes several dental practices: Verber Family Dentistry, Verber Advanced Dental Studio, Rother Dental, Fox Dental, Cambria Dental Sleep Medicine, Pennsylvania Center for Periodontics, Capozzi Dental, Noll Family Dentistry, Alfano Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, Verber Dental East, Cumberland Valley Endodontics, Cumberland Valley Pediatric Dentistry, Valley Advanced Orthodontics, Search Dental, and the Dental Implant Center of PA. While these practices share a core mission and brand, each has its own unique style and is managed by a partner. Additionally, the Verber Dental Lab, Verber Dental Plan, Verber Advanced Dental Institute, VerTrue Whitening, and Lead Lamp Media are key parts of the central organization.

- Perform routine dental procedures, including exams, cleanings, fillings, and extractions.
- Diagnose and treat dental issues using advanced dental techniques and technologies.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on patient needs and preferences.
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and preventative care measures.
- Collaborate with dental assistants, EFDAs, hygienists, and administrative staff to deliver exceptional patient experiences.

Requirements
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school.
- Valid state dental license and current DEA registration.
- Proven experience in performing a wide range of dental procedures with proficiency and precision.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
