Rother Dental Aesthetics, a new dental practice located in the heart of the Lehigh Valley, Pennsylvania, is seeking a Friday Flex, dedicated, and enthusiastic Expanded Function Dental Assistant to join our innovative team. Under the committed leadership of Dr. Ryan Rother, this new practice is the first under the banner of the newly formed Rother Dental Group. Rother Dental Aesthetics specializes in comprehensive and aesthetic dental services, including Invisalign, full-mouth rehabilitation, BOTOX, dermal fillers, and TMJ therapies. This commitment to advanced, patient-centered care reflects our shared values, and we are excited to offer these services to patients in the Lehigh Valley.
Schedule:
Friday: 7:00- 2:00
The ideal candidate will be upbeat, team-oriented, help to create the best dental experience for all our patients every visit, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
What You'll Bring (Minimum Requirements):
- Active EFDA license (Pennsylvania)
- CPR certification (we offer free in-house training)
- Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills that contribute to the team spirit and put patients at ease
- Keep abreast of and follow OSHA, HIPAA, and Infection Control procedures
A Plus If You Also Have (preferred, but not required):
- Prior experience using dental software including Open Dental
- Experience In Orthodontics
- Interest in Cosmetic Dentistry
