EFDA Opportunities – FT, PT & Flex
$2,000 Sign-On Bonus (Full-Time) | $1,000 Sign-On Bonus (Part-Time)
Verber Dental Group is a locally owned dental health system dedicated to caring for patients throughout South Central Pennsylvania. With a variety of general dentistry office locations and specialty practices, including Periodontics and Pediatrics, we offer EFDA’s diverse clinical opportunities to provide exceptional patient care in the setting that fits their passion.

By working closely with our skilled EFDAs, our team is able to deliver the highest quality care, ensuring smooth, efficient procedures and exceptional patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare patients for procedures and ensure comfort.
- Take radiographs for diagnostics.
- Set up and maintain treatment rooms.
- Review and update patient dental records.
- Assist with placing and contouring fillings.
- Support in placing sealants and restorations.
- Able to complete coronal polishing, fluoride applications, and oral hygiene education.
- Sterilize equipment to maintain a safe work environment.
- Provide post-procedure care instructions to patients

Requirements
What You'll Bring (Minimum Requirements):
- Active EFDA license for Pennsylvania (Or expected in the next 3 months)
- CPR certification (in-house training available)
- PA X-Ray License
- Strong communication skills to foster team spirit and ease patient concerns
- Knowledge of and adherence to OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control procedures
A Plus If You Also Have (preferred, but not required):
- Prior experience using dental software, including Open Dental
