The Role
We’re looking for a lunch Server Assistant, who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, polished, and takes pride in supporting the flow of service — ensuring that each guest’s experience feels seamless and cared for.
What You’ll Do
- Work closely with servers and bartenders to maintain smooth, efficient service throughout each shift.
- Clear, reset, and prepare tables quickly and neatly.
- Deliver food and beverages with accuracy and professionalism.
- Anticipate guest needs and assist with water, beverage, and other table maintenance.
- Support the team with side work, cleaning, and restocking.
- Uphold Verbena’s hospitality standards — warm, welcoming, and genuine at every interaction.
