The Role
We’re looking for a polished, personable daytime Host/Hostess to join our front-of-house team. This role is all about first impressions — greeting guests warmly, managing reservations, and setting the tone for an exceptional dining experience. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy creating memorable moments for guests, we’d love to meet you.
Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests with warmth, professionalism, and a genuine smile.
- Manage reservations and wait lists using OpenTable.
- Communicate effectively with servers, managers, and the kitchen to ensure smooth service flow.
- Anticipate guest needs and assist with special requests or accommodations.
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the host stand and entry area.
- Support the team with guest service and light administrative tasks as needed.
What We’re Looking For
- Friendly, professional demeanor with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to stay composed under pressure and maintain a positive attitude.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Prior restaurant or hospitality experience preferred, but we’ll train the right person with the right attitude.
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
