Job Title: Behavior Technician (BT)

Supervised by:
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Location: Home, school, clinic, and/or community-based settings

Our Mission

Our mission is to provide high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy, meaningful supervision of therapists, and consultation services throughout the United States and internationally. We exist to help our clients integrate into their communities, to disseminate knowledge of trauma-informed ABA therapy, and to ensure equal employment opportunities for neurodiverse individuals.

Our Vision
We envision expanding our connections across California and worldwide, reaching individuals and families who would otherwise lack access to ABA services. Many underserved populations do not receive the care they need—and our team is committed to closing that gap through compassionate, ethical, and accessible services.

Our Values
  • We honor our clients’ needs through open, respectful communication

  • We respect autonomy, choice, and decision-making

  • We work at the client’s pace, not ours

  • We prioritize positive, engaging interactions

  • We prepare clients for a meaningful future beyond ABA
