Develop long-term relationships focused on preventive care and chronic disease management. Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to improve quality outcomes and patient experience. Who We’re Looking For We’re seeking compassionate physicians who enjoy working collaboratively and are committed to improving the health of their communities. Qualifications MD or DO Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Active Florida medical license (or ability to obtain) DEA license (or ability to obtain prior to start) Passion for value-based, patient-centered care (required) Experience with Medicare Advantage and population health is preferred ACN-certified physicians are encouraged to apply Experience with AthenaOne EMR is a plus Why Brooksville?
