Job Description Summary ‎ Medical Assistant I – Primary Care Location: 6700 Fort Dent Way, Suite 100, Tukwila, WA 98188 Schedule: Full‑Time, Mon–Fri 8am–5pm (4/10s available) Pay: $22.00–$30.00/hr DOE About the Role We’re seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant I to join our primary care team. You’ll support 2–3 providers (each seeing up to 10 patients per day) and play a key role in delivering high‑quality, patient‑centered care in a collaborative, supportive clinic environment. ‎ How will you make an impact & Requirements ‎ Key Responsibilities Clinical Support Take manual vitals, document in EMR, and perform point‑of‑care testing Administer vaccines, injections, and medications Perform phlebotomy, EKGs, and assist with diagnostic procedures Process labs, swabs, and specimens Support patient education and care coordination Clinic Operations Manage patient flow and prepare exam rooms Assist with phones, scheduling, and front‑desk tasks Maintain supply inventory and restock Participate in team huddles, training, and quality initiatives Compliance Follow infection‑control and safety standards Maintain HIPAA compliance Complete QA checks and documentation Qualifications Required: High School diploma or GED Graduate of an accredited MA program Certified MA at time of hire Phlebotomy, EKG, and vaccine administration experience 1–2 years of MA experience (Primary/Urgent Care preferred) EMR experience and strong communication skills Preferred: AAMA certification 2 years primary care experience Benefits We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including: 13 paid holidays Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) PTO Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Pet insurance #MPMPG ‎ Compensation: $22.00 to $33.00 Beware of fraudulent job postings: While Mosaic Health job advertisements may be found on many sites, our current openings page and its associated Workday account are the only places we accept applications for open roles.
