Responsibilities
- Greet prospective tenants warmly, conduct property tours, and promote available units to maximize leasing opportunities through upselling techniques.
- Manage the leasing process from initial inquiry through application approval, including data entry into Entrata management systems.
- Ensure all leasing documentation, contracts, and legal administrative records are accurately prepared and maintained in accordance with Fair Housing laws.
- Assist with marketing efforts by developing engaging promotional materials, coordinating advertising campaigns, and utilizing social media platforms to attract new residents.
- Handle conflict management professionally by addressing resident concerns promptly while maintaining positive relationships.
- Support property maintenance coordination by communicating resident requests effectively and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Maintain organized filing systems, perform regular data entry tasks, and update records using Entrata.
- Uphold compliance with all legal regulations including landlord-tenant law, and Fair Housing policies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in leasing or real estate.
- Strong knowledge of landlord-tenant law, Fair Housing regulations.
- Proficiency in property management software such as Entrata.
- Excellent customer service skills coupled with professional phone etiquette and conflict resolution abilities.
- Demonstrated sales aptitude with experience in upselling and negotiation strategies to maximize leasing outcomes.
- Office experience including data entry, filing, contracts management, and general administrative tasks.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
