We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Corporate Treasury team. Reporting to the Assistant Treasurer, the Treasury Analyst supports global Treasury operations, strengthens banking controls, and drives liquidity optimization across the organization. This role manages key Treasury processes—from cash reporting and bank documentation to audit support and monthend deliverables—while also contributing to M&A integration, capital market initiatives, crossfunctional projects, and continuous process improvement. This position is part of the Corporate Treasury team located at the Veralto Headquarters office in Waltham, MA and will be hybrid (3 days per week on site).
In this role, a typical day will look like:
- Support Global Treasury operations, including cash reporting, funding, and wire transfers in compliance with internal policies.
- Maintain and update bank account documentation and user access records to support audit requirements.
- Monitor fee structures and reconcile charges; liaise with bank partners for discrepancies.
- Prepare Month end and Quarter end deliverables aligned with accounting close timeliness.
- Support M&A and special projects on due diligence and integration activities.
- Collaborate with tax, legal, and accounting teams to optimize liquidity via cash repatriation.
- Prepare and monitor letters of credit, performance and bid bonds.
- Ensure treasury processes adhere to internal controls and documentation standards.
- Assist with annual compliance for foreign bank account reporting.
- Provide requested documentation and explanations for internal and external audits.
- Use AI tools to create dashboards for cash positions, forecasts, and KPIs.
- Support capital market initiatives, other projects and or cross-functional projects as needed.
- Collaborate with corporate finance, controllership, and operating company teams to establish efficient processes and drive continuous improvement.
- Identify risks, issues, and opportunities; recommend and implement solutions with management guidance.
The essential requirements of the job include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
- 0-2 years of relevant experience in Finance, Accounting, or Treasury; internship or co-op experience in a related discipline preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with data tools (e.g., Alteryx, Power BI); experience with Alteryx and/or GenAI preferred.
- Interest in pursuing Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) and Bloomberg certification.
