AQUAFINE – VERALTO Regional Sales Manager – ANZ, Industrial & Residential Location: Australia – preferably Sydney / Melbourne; other locations on the east coast can be discussed Travel: Up to 50% within the designated region THE OPPORTUNITY We're seeking a Regional Sales Manager – ANZ, Industrial & Residential to drive revenue growth and expand market share for Aquafine & Viqua UV products across Industrial & Residential markets. In this role, you'll develop and execute targeted regional sales strategies, build a high-performing channel partner ecosystem, and convert UV application requirements into compelling, tailored solutions for industrial & Residential customers. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful commercial impact within a high-growth segment — spanning Drinking water, Food & Beverage, pharmaceutical, and mining markets — while advancing your career within a global water quality leader. Success in this role means consistently achieving or exceeding regional revenue quotas while building a robust pipeline and meaningfully expanding Aquafine & Viqua's footprint across the industrial & Residential sector. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Drive regional revenue growth and achieve/exceed quota. • Manage the full sales pipeline from prospecting through close. • Build relationships with distributors, dealers, channel partners, EPC/System Integrators and industrial end-users. • Partner with Product Management and Applications Engineering on customer requirements. • Acquire new customers and cultivate strategic partner relationships. • Analyze market and competitor trends to identify opportunities. • Deliver accurate forecasts, pipeline reports and KPIs. • Influence process engineers, procurement leaders and executives with clear technical value selling. • Plan and Coordinate participation at regional trade shows, industry events, and customer site visits to strengthen brand presence and accelerate deal progression. QUALIFICATIONS • B2B / technical sales experience in water treatment, UV, industrial equipment or adjacent industrial markets. • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Environmental, Chemical or Mechanical) or Business Administration. • Proven quota attainment in a consultative, technically complex sales environment. • Channel partner / distributor / dealer management experience. • Strong consultative selling, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills. • Willingness to travel up to 50%. • UV disinfection or water treatment experience highly regarded. • English compulsory; additional languages advantageous.
