Benchline Health, Inc. operates a midlife women’s telehealth platform focused on perimenopause, menopause, and more. Women trust us to help them navigate hormonal changes that affect their quality of life. We are expanding our clinical team and seek a high-performing clinician who can help women start their care plan.
Position Summary
Benchline Health, Inc. seeks clinicians who have previous or current telehealth experience for asynchronous and synchronous consultations. Clinicians ensure fast patient response-time and high quality documentation. This is a remote position.
Required Qualifications
- Active license (NP, PA, MD) in good standing
- Provide a list of active, multi-state licenses
- Minimum 3 months of recent telehealth clinical experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable speaking with patients
- Working knowledge of telehealth platforms and EHR systems
- Ability to work the agreed upon schedule
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct telehealth evaluations in accordance with clinical protocols, company policies, and applicable state regulations
- Review patient history, confirm eligibility, and document findings with completeness and accuracy in the EHR
- Provide clinically appropriate education, recommendations, and follow up guidance to patients
- Escalate cases as needed based on clinical complexity, protocol exceptions, or red flags
- Collaborate with medical leadership and operations to identify process improvements and maintain high quality standards
Compensation and Benefits
This is a part-time W-2 role or 1099 contractor, depending on your experience. Compensation is competitive and based on telehealth experience as well as licensure footprint. Details can be provided during the interview process.
