✔ Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day clinical and operational activities of assigned critical care nursing areas
- Assess, plan, coordinate, implement, and evaluate nursing practice and patient-care delivery
- Ensure safe, high-quality care while maintaining appropriate staffing, competency, and clinical resources
- Coach, mentor, and support nurses and clinical staff while promoting professional accountability and development
- Partner with the Chief Nursing Officer and hospital leadership on quality, operational, staffing, and patient-care priorities

✅ What We’re Looking For:
- Academic degree in Nursing
- Active RN License in Massachusetts or applicable state of practice
- Minimum 2 years of progressive management or full-time Charge RN experience in a hospital environment
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
