The Mission Support Administrator (MSA) – Full Performance provides comprehensive administrative support to a work unit, project, program, or functional area within the Washington Metropolitan Area (WMA).

The Mission Support Administrator (MSA) – Full Performance provides comprehensive administrative support to a work unit, project, program, or functional area within the Washington Metropolitan Area (WMA).
This role requires independently managing, coordinating, executing, and troubleshooting complex end-to-end workflow processes. The successful candidate will interpret and apply established policies and procedures to unique situations, coordinate issue resolution across multiple work units, and operate with minimal supervision.
The Full Performance MSA may also train and guide less experienced administrative support contractors. Specific duties and responsibilities will vary according to the assignment.

Security Clearance — Mandatory
Active or otherwise qualifying Top Secret clearance with Full Scope Polygraph (FSP), as required by the contract.- Candidates must meet the contract's clearance requirements before consideration for placement.
- U.S. government/Intelligence Community assignment eligibility must be confirmed during screening.
Experience
Minimum of 4 years of administrative support or comparable experience.- Experience demonstrating increasing levels of complexity and responsibility.
- Demonstrated problem-solving ability, independent judgment, maturity, initiative, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Applicable higher education may substitute for up to one year of work experience.
Education
Required: High school diploma or GED.- Preferred: Associate's or bachelor's degree.
Salary : $90,000 - $120,000
