🏥 What You’ll Lead:
- Provide strategic and operational oversight for Surgical and Procedural Services
- Lead, mentor, and develop perioperative leaders and clinical teams
- Ensure safe, high-quality, efficient patient care across procedural areas
- Partner with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and hospital leadership to optimize workflows and physician experience
- Oversee staffing, scheduling, productivity, resource allocation, and operational performance
✅ What We’re Looking For:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Arizona or eligibility for Arizona licensure
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
- Progressive nursing leadership experience in perioperative services
- Experience leading multidisciplinary surgical teams in an acute-care hospital
- Experience across OR, Pre-Op, PACU, Cath Lab, or EP environments is highly valuable
