Entry-Level Client Representative

Veracity Solutions is a growing direct marketing and sales firm representing major national brands across the retail sector. We’re looking for motivated, people-focused individuals to help us expand our clients’ reach by connecting their products and services with local consumers.

As an Entry-Level Client Representative, you’ll play a key role in supporting our retail campaigns by interacting with customers face-to-face, generating new accounts, and ensuring a positive experience for both shoppers and our clients. This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and an excellent starting point for anyone looking to build a long-term career in sales, marketing, or business development.

What You’ll Do

• Engage daily with shoppers in partnered retail stores and introduce them to current client promotions
• Create and manage new customer accounts
• Deliver exceptional service to existing customers to strengthen brand loyalty
• Represent client brands with professionalism through in-person marketing efforts
• Serve as a key resource for customer inquiries and relationship building
• Consistently work toward personal and team sales goals

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree is a plus, but not required
• Prior experience in sales, retail, customer service, or hospitality is helpful but not mandatory
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Valid U.S. driver’s license
