Key Responsibilities

• Present to customers and highlight key benefits and value of clients' offerings
• Provide direct sales support by assisting in upselling and cross-selling services to increase revenue and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the team to monitor customer feedback and improve sales strategies to boost retention and loyalty.
