Team is looking for a Senior/Lead Front-End or Full Stack Engineer to join its fast-paced fintech engineering team. In this role, you'll lead the development of scalable web applications and microservices, contributing directly to tools used for equity portfolio construction and ESG-focused investment strategies.

You will work with cutting-edge technologies (React, Python, Kubernetes, AWS) and be involved in every phase of software development, from system design to deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead feature development from UI to backend services, including microservices and relational data layers.
• Build and maintain scalable, modern web interfaces (React/TypeScript).
• Design and own parts of a microservices ecosystem for equity portfolio construction tools.
• Deploy and manage applications in a Kubernetes (K8s) cluster.
• Continuously modernize legacy components with contemporary technologies and third-party integrations.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Mentor junior engineers and lead engineering initiatives.
• Stay current with evolving technologies and CI/CD best practices.
• Contribute to recruitment and team growth efforts.

• Experience with Python, or related OO languages like Java or Scala.
• Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL).
• Experience in AWS environments is a strong plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Experience leading projects or mentoring team members.
