Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Current State Tested Nursing Aide (STNA) certification in the state of employment.
- Prior experience in a healthcare setting is preferred but not required; new graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in basic patient care tasks, including bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility assistance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team.
- Basic knowledge of infection control practices.
- Ability to lift and move patients, stand for extended periods, and perform physically demanding tasks
- Assist Patients With Activities Of Daily Living, Including Bathing, Dressing, Grooming, And Toileting.2.Monitor And Record Vital Signs, Such As Temperature, Blood Pressure, And Pulse.3.Help Patients With Mobility, Including Transferring Them To And From Beds Or Wheelchairs.4.Report Any Changes In Patient Conditions To The Nursing Staff.5.Maintain a Clean, Safe, And Organized Environment For Patients.6.Assist With Feeding Patients Who Require Help And Ensure They Receive Adequate Nutrition.7.Provide Emotional Support To Patients And Their Families, Fostering a Positive And Caring Atmosphere.8.Follow All Safety And Infection Control Procedures To Protect Patients And Staff.Pay Rate
