- Food Preparation:
- Prepare meals according to established recipes, dietary requirements, and resident preferences.
- Ensure portion control and presentation align with standards.
- Kitchen Operations:
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
- Compliance & Safety:
- Follow all health and safety regulations regarding food handling, preparation, and storage.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or food shortages to the Culinary Supervisor.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with the dining services team to meet residents' meal schedules.

- Education:

- Experience:
