$89,900.00 - $134,900.00

- Lead the conception and execution of innovative in-store experiences, including pop-up activations and immersive brand storytelling moments, in partnership with key stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with the Senior Visual Merchandising Manager to ideate and deliver creative go-to-market strategies that communicate seasonal brand narratives.
- Develop and implement visual merchandising concepts that elevate product storytelling and create an exceptional shopping experience.
- Drive the design and execution of seasonal showrooms, curating environments that stay true to Vera Bradley’s core DNA.
- Partner with District and General Managers to align merchandise presentation with company objectives—ensuring every store reflects our commitment to personal expression, choice, and customer connection.
- Deliver comprehensive visual training, coaching, and in-store support to Store Managers and wholesale partners.
- Continuously refine processes and introduce best practices to maintain world-class visual standards and retail presentation.
- Analyze business trends and respond with strategies that improve KPIs and maximize sales.
- Provide timely, actionable feedback to the VP of Sales, Director of Retail, District Managers, Area Managers, and Store Managers to ensure alignment and consistency across all visual touchpoints.
- Lead quarterly new manager visual training sessions, fostering a culture of excellence, creativity, and brand pride.
- Bachelor’s degree in retail, marketing, merchandising, or related field preferred.
- 10 years' experience within upscale/luxury gift, apparel/fashion accessory or home industries preferred
- 5 years directing or managing/supervising experience.
- High level experience understanding retail buying and/or sales

- Office environment. Utilizing an office desk – sitting, reading, listening, or speaking with the ability to move intermittently throughout the day
- Ability to lift 35lbs and occasionally lift to 55lbs
- Strong sensory skills, such as good eyesight, good hearing, and dexterity
- Ability to operate office equipment, including computers, copiers, fax machines, and phones
- Frequent travel to visit direct stores and showroom setup shows as needed
- Frequent overnight travel required (2-3 weeks per month)
