What are the responsibilities and job description for the Recruiter position at VEPO Solutions?
Lead the end-to-end recruiting process, from candidate sourcing through onboarding. service members during interviews and onboarding. Engage with state employment boards, government agencies, and non-profit workforce partners to identify and reach out to qualified candidates (e.g., LVERs/DVOPs). Prepare and issue offer letters and manage pre-employment documentation. Track and update candidate records in the internal system or ATS. Monitor each candidate's progress from offer acceptance through their first day of work. Maintain compliance with hiring policies and employment regulations. Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment and onboarding processes. 1-3 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition. Experience with state employment boards or workforce development partnerships Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience in an ATS or HRIS is a plus. A passion for supporting Veterans and service members in their career growth.
