Operating all Mobile Plant including a loading shovel to load materials into containers Undertaking routine checks and maintenance of the equipment Cleaning the plant and machinery Completing paperwork relating to daily checks, cleaning schedules, machine checks and production Perform appropriate traffic marshalling duties to ensure safe entry and egress to/from the operational tipping areas of the site. Assist in the periodic cleaning of the facility in accordance with the planned maintenance schedule, including jet washing the input hall to maintain site conditions. Must be available to provide cover to other waste handling facilities within the Veolia Merseyside & Halton contract. What are we looking for? Good working knowledge of Health & Safety Previous experience within a similar operational manual handling role Full UK driving licence Yellow plant experience Wheeled loading shovel preferred This role involves physical duties and working outdoors in all weather condition What’s next?
