Join our team and assist in the operation of a class B wastewater treatment plant and two drinking water systems.
Primary Duties / Responsibilities :
- Daily checks / rounds.
- Recording meter readings.
- Operating pumps and presses.
- Conducting standard laboratory testing.
- Performing standard maintenance tasks on equipment.
- Cleaning.
- Taking water samples.
- Following safety rules.
- Hydrant Flushing.
- Occasionally interact with members of the public.
- Respond to unexpected problems as the arise.
- Responding to alarms outside of regular hours on a rotational basis.
Qualifications
Education / Experience / Background :
High School Diploma / GED is required.
