POSITION PURPOSE
This role requires US Citizenship.
PRIMARY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitoring equipment operation including pumps, chemical feed systems, filters, and other water systems.
- Take samples, follow standard operating procedures, work as a team player and independently as needed.
- Take readings, record data as required.
- Perform housekeeping duties and light maintenance on piping and equipment.
- Calibrate simple monitoring equipment per procedure.
Knowledge / Skill / Abilities
- Candidate must have a good work ethic, a mechanical aptitude and be willing to learn process control of chemical treatment systems in an industrial setting.
- Candidate must be safety conscious and be able to follow directions.
Required Certification / Licenses / Training
It is desirable but not mandatory that the candidate have a license in the state of MD or equivalent in another state, or be willing to work towards achieving this license (pay will reflect the achievement of this license).
