Schedule: 8 hour shift
Ability to commute/relocate: Sauget, IL 62201: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Work Location: In person
Sick leave - 56 hours
Observed Holidays - 11 days
Vacation - 15 days
Position Purpose:
Perform testing of inbound and process materials to hazard class/ better manage the waste utilizing various
laboratory techniques, fingerprint screens, cyanide analysis. This position is a great way to begin your career with

Responsibilities: (Training Provided)
wet chemistry methodologies to determine the nature of hazardous substances and ensure regulatory

Responsibilities: (Training Provided)
- Under direct supervision, responsible for performing routine tasks and simple analysis on hazardous
wet chemistry methodologies to determine the nature of hazardous substances and ensure regulatory
compliance.
- Analysts will gain a host of experience typically in less than two years on various instruments such as
pH meter, and Bomb Calorimeters. As well as site-specific training in the environmental side of waste
management.
Qualifications
Education / Experience / Background
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or a related science discipline preferred
- Prior laboratory work experience of 2-4 years required The ability to use laboratory apparatus and equipment to perform safely, accurate, reproducible work and define problems, collect data, troubleshoot and draw valid conclusions.

- Time management: the ability to organize and manage multiple deadlines
