Position Summary

You’ll lead the full hiring journey — sourcing, strategizing, and shaping a process that finds the right people and gives every candidate an amazing experience. Working side by side with hiring managers across the company, you’ll influence how we grow and make an immediate impact on our success.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end hiring from role scoping and job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Anticipate hiring needs, align with leadership on priorities, and maintain transparency through consistent reporting and updates.
- Draft job descriptions, design interview assessments, and coordinate interview panels and training for new interviewers.
- Actively source and engage talent through multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, Handshake, Jobreel, internal referrals, and events).
- Review resumes, conduct initial recruiter screens, and ensure thorough documentation in recruiting systems.
- Schedule interviews, manage logistics, prepare interviewers, collect feedback, and facilitate decision-making discussions.
- Maintain communication with candidates, deliver timely feedback, and ensure a professional, transparent hiring process.
- Coordinate reference checks, develop competitive offers, secure approvals, and manage verbal and written offer delivery.
- Generate recruiting metrics, analyze performance trends, and continuously improve the recruiting process.
- Represent Veoci at career fairs, networking events, and campus programs, promoting our culture and opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- 1–3 years of recruiting experience, ideally in a fast-paced or SaaS environment.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously.
- Experience partnering with leadership and hiring managers.
- Familiarity with ATS tools, sourcing platforms, and recruiting best practices.
- Excellent communication, professionalism, and attention to detail.
Physical Requirements & Compensation
This role requires working at the office in New Haven, CT at least three days per week, with a remote option on other days. The wage range for this role is $55,000 - $70,000 plus benefits. Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location.
