The Opportunity

Join Veo as a Senior iOS Engineer and play a key role in taking our mobile app to the next level. Based in Copenhagen, you’ll collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to craft exceptional user experiences that connect seamlessly with our hardware and platform ecosystem.

At Veo, you’ll join a team of skilled, motivated people who care deeply about what they build and about each other.

• Hands-on coding to deliver incremental product features.
• Review code to ensure a high standard of team deliveries.
• Collaborate with team members on design, technical, and UX/UI aspects.
• Act as a knowledgeable sparring partner on architectural and technical topics.
• Engage in design-thinking workshops with the team.
• Build and release new versions of the application.
• Produce clean, efficient code based on technical specifications.
• Write necessary tests to ensure the application functions as expected.
• Troubleshoot and debug existing software.
• Contribute to improving automation pipelines and minimizing manual steps in the workflow.

• 5 years of working experience within iOS development and a strong knowledge of Apple ecosystem.
• Proficiency in Swift and SwiftUI.
• Proficiency in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and automation.
• Understanding of UX/UI design requirements and ability to convert them into user-facing applications using Swift and related technologies.
• A willingness to mentor more junior engineers, leading by example.
• High standard of work and focus on architectural and technical excellence.
• Accustomed to working in fast-paced, agile environments.
• A team player with a passion for building innovative products with great user experiences.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
