Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations
- Develop creative, individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with a supportive, interdisciplinary team
- Provide hands-on therapy focusing on daily living skills and oversee COTA interventions
- Guide patients in using adaptive equipment
- Mentor and guide therapy staff
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy
- Current Occupational Therapist ( OT ) certification in the state of Jordan
- 2 years of experience in skilled nursing or similar setting (preferred)
- Passion for geriatric care and rehabilitation
- Creativity in problem-solving and activity adaptation
