Venveo is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented part-time team member to support our direct mail production process.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor automated handwriting printers for direct mail campaigns.
- Prepare mailers and envelopes for printing and processing.
- Organize mailing lists and match printed materials to the correct recipients.
- Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Keep equipment and the print station organized.
Qualifications:
- Must be able to work in person at our Blacksburg office.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working with basic computer software and equipment.
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to follow established processes.
Hours & Experience:
Part-time hours with flexibility based on production needs. Printing or mailroom experience is a plus but not required. This role is a good fit for someone with a background or interest in print production, graphic design, or prepress.
Salary : $18 - $22
