We are seeking a skilled, compassionate, and motivated Nurse Practitioner (NP) with injectable experience to join our team at Venustas Immortalis. The ideal candidate will have a passion for aesthetic medicine, a strong clinical background, and the ability to build rapport with clients while delivering high-quality, personalized treatments. This individual must have excellent attention to detail, great communication skills, and a team-oriented mindset. Experience with injectables (Botox, fillers, etc.) and a commitment to creating a positive client experience are essential.
Responsibilities:
- Perform injectable treatments (neurotoxins, dermal fillers, etc.) to enhance clients' aesthetic goals
- Provide pre-treatment consultations to assess patient needs and establish appropriate treatment plans
- Educate clients on treatment options, expectations, and post-care instructions
- Ensure client safety and comfort during procedures
- Maintain accurate medical records for all clients and treatments
- Stay updated on the latest trends, techniques, and best practices in aesthetic injectables
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure exceptional client care and service
- Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and patient safety
Requirements:
- Current Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in Iowa - Required
- Certification or experience with injectables (neurotoxins, dermal fillers, etc.) required - Required
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, injection techniques, and aesthetic procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to provide a high level of patient care and professionalism
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Previous experience in aesthetic medicine or a related field is preferred
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Customer service-oriented attitude with a focus on client satisfaction
Job Type: Part-time
Schedule: Minimum of 16 hours of availability per week Monday to Friday (Some Weekends)
Pay: $30 /hour (subject to the level of experience)
