We are seeking an experienced Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner to join our innovative team at our newly established medical spa, Venus Medical Aesthetics. Responsibilities
1. Collaborate with the Clinical Director and management team to develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive practice growth and enhance patient satisfaction.
2. Provide exceptional patient care through the delivery of aesthetic treatments, including but not limited to injectables, laser procedures, and skincare treatments.
3. Oversee day-to-day clinical operations, including patient consultations, treatment planning, and post-procedure follow-up.
4. Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices and safety standards through ongoing training.
5. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards for safety, hygiene, and infection control.
6. Participate in marketing and promotional activities to attract new patients and retain existing clientele.
Required Work Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner specializing in medical aesthetics.
- Demonstrated success in driving practice growth and achieving revenue targets.
Skills and Education:
- Current Nurse Practitioner license and certification in the state of Texas.
- Advanced training and certification in aesthetic procedures (e.g., Botox, dermal fillers, laser therapy).
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, with a focus on patient safety and satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team.
- Proficiency in medical software and technology for patient management and electronic health records.
