As we continue to grow our North American business, we are seeking a highly organized and execution-focused Associate Marketing Manager to help drive marketing initiatives across digital, retail, wholesale, e-commerce, Amazon, events, partnership marketing, and content development.
Position Overview
The Associate Marketing Manager plays a critical role in the day-to-day execution of Venum's North American marketing strategy. Reporting directly to the Sr. Director, Marketing – North America, this individual will manage marketing timelines, coordinate cross-functional projects, support product launches, oversee content and creative workflows, execute retail and e-commerce marketing initiatives, and ensure campaigns are delivered efficiently and on schedule.
This role will also play an important part in supporting partnership marketing initiatives, including athlete sponsorships, ambassador programs, UFC-related activations, gym partnerships, retail collaborations, and other strategic relationships that help bring the Venum brand to life across North America.

Key Responsibilities
Marketing Project Management
This role will be compensated with a good-faith pay range of $80,000 – $90,000. This range represents the minimum and maximum base pay the company reasonably expects to offer for this role at the time of posting. Final base pay will depend on several factors, including the applicant’s qualifications, relevant experience, education, certifications or professional licenses, and overall performance throughout the interview process.
This role may offer the following benefits: medical, vision, and dental insurance, life insurance, disability insurance and a 401(k) matching program. This role may also be eligible for an annual performance-based bonus award. This role includes paid personal time off and 14 paid company holidays. Key Responsibilities
Marketing Project Management
- Manage marketing calendars, timelines, and project workflows across all marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate campaign deliverables and ensure projects remain on schedule.
- Facilitate communication between Marketing, E-Commerce, Sales, Product, Creative, and external partners.
- Track key milestones and proactively identify risks or delays.
- Maintain project management tools and reporting to ensure visibility across stakeholders.
- Support the planning and execution of new product launches across North America.
- Coordinate launch assets, product information, campaign materials, and go-to-market deliverables.
- Ensure alignment across DTC, Amazon, wholesale, retail, and distributor channels.
- Assist with launch reporting and post-campaign analysis.
- Support seasonal campaign planning and commercialization initiatives.
- Support the execution of Venum's partnership marketing initiatives across North America, including athlete sponsorships, ambassador programs, UFC-related activations, gym partnerships, retail collaborations, and other strategic relationships.
- Support relationship management and ongoing communication with key partners, including athletes, gyms, organizations, agencies, and brand collaborators.
- Coordinate content collection, deliverables, and activation logistics across partnership programs.
- Maintain partnership calendars, activation schedules, and performance tracking.
- Support athlete appearances, gym activations, community events, and promotional opportunities.
- Assist in maximizing marketing value and brand visibility from partnerships and sponsorship investments.
- Assist with identifying opportunities to leverage partnerships across content, events, retail, e-commerce, and brand campaigns.
- Manage creative requests and project timelines.
- Support development of creative briefs and content requests.

- 2–5 years of experience in marketing, brand marketing, project management, partnerships, sports marketing, or related fields.

- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Familiarity with partnership marketing, athlete marketing, sponsorships, e-commerce, Amazon, retail marketing, content production, or consumer products marketing preferred.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management platforms.
- Experience in sports, fitness, apparel, lifestyle, or consumer brands is strongly preferred.
