Summary:
As a Runner/Busser team member, you will play a key role in ensuring an exceptional fan experience by supporting daily food and beverage operations. You will help create a clean, welcoming, and efficient environment by greeting fans, expediting food orders, maintaining cleanliness, and delivering service aligned with Cosm’s pillars of hospitality.

Responsibilities:
Fan Experience & Team Collaboration

• Greet fans warmly and ensure a seamless experience from arrival to departure.
• Engage with fans, coworkers, and managers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Collaborate across the hospitality team to deliver a “one-team” experience.
• Adhere to Cosm’s Pillars of Service and uphold brand standards.
• Engages fans, coworkers, and managers with a positive, friendly, professional approach during all interactions.

Food & Beverage Support

• Deliver food and beverage orders promptly, accurately, and with proper presentation.
• Assist with bussing, pre-bussing, and table resets throughout the venue.
• Support kitchen and service staff by completing side work and prep tasks as needed.
• Maintain appropriate stock levels in coolers and service stations.
• Ensure all items are served according to ticket specifications and fan requests.

Cleanliness & Safety

• Supports the venue team to ensure that all seating is prepared at the scheduled time.
• Keep the venue clean and organized throughout shifts.
• Follow all safety protocols, including food handling and sanitation guidelines.
• Minimize china/glass breakage and report any incidents promptly.
• Comply with company and state alcohol service regulations.

Training & Compliance

• Attend scheduled training sessions on food, bar, and service standards.
• Stay informed about current promotions, menu items, and venue events.
• Follow all company policies as outlined in the Cosm employee handbook.
• Is knowledgeable of the Company’s products, services, current promotions, and recurring events.

Experience:

• Must be able to frequently bend, squat, reach overhead, and lift up to 20 pounds.
• Will be occasionally kneeling and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Will seldom be climbing, pushing, pulling, and lifting over 50 pounds.
• Previous bussing or food delivery experience is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and professional interpersonal skills required.
• Must be fluent in English and able to write in basic English.
• Food handlers’ card and state recognized responsible alcohol certification.
• Must be of legal age to deliver alcohol in accordance with local and state law
