| About the role: |
Supervising cleaning crews: Directing, managing, and assigning tasks to cleaning staff to ensure assigned area of the venue are cleaned according to schedule. Supervisors will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of an area at an event. Supervisors will oversee several staff and being responsible for the work of staff that is assigned to them. Supervisors will report to the assistant operations manager or the operations manager on that job site.

● Managing assigned labor in designated area of work
● Placing and removing trash and recycle receptacles
● Sweeping debris into bulk bags for removal
● Operating backpack blowers to contain debris
● Responding to radio calls for urgent cleanup
● Operating utility vehicle with a trailer, removing full trash and recycle bags
● Operating company vehicles with trailers to transport company assets from event to event.
● Loading and unloading company trailers on site, or at home office shops.
● Understanding of basic time recording and computer skills

● Ability to clearly communicate with staff and operations lead
● Physical stamina
● Problem solving abilities
● Attention to detail
● Driver’s license
