Responsibilities

The Service Technician performs scheduled maintenance, repairs, and operational support across a diverse portfolio of equipment including arcade games, smart lockers, mobility rentals (ECVs, wheelchairs, strollers), and souvenir vending units (penny press and medallion machines) at theme parks, zoos, malls, and other high-traffic venues.

This role requires strong mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting ability, and the flexibility to work both independently and across multiple locations, often in outdoor environments.

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on arcade equipment, lockers, mobility devices (ECVs, wheelchairs, strollers), and souvenir machines (penny press and medallions)
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and operational issues to ensure maximum uptime and guest satisfaction
• Conduct routine inspections, clean equipment, and maintain accurate service and maintenance records
• Handle cash collection, reconciliation, and deposits for arcade and vending equipment
• Prepare and manage parts orders; maintain proper inventory of tools, materials, and replacement components
• Interpret technical manuals and apply standardized repair and maintenance procedures
• Provide on-site support and recommendations to improve equipment performance and operational efficiency
• Travel between multiple locations within the assigned region to support all service lines
• Operate effectively in outdoor environments and varying weather conditions
• Follow all company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures
• Collaborate with regional leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure consistent service delivery

• High school diploma or equivalent 

• 1-3 years of experience in equipment service or maintenance 

• Proficient in Microsoft Office products 

• Mechanically inclined and oriented with troubleshooting skills 

• Effective written and verbal communication skills 

• Ability to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions  

• Exhibits a willingness to work a flexible schedule that includes weekends and holidays 

• Demonstrates a professional attitude in a fast-paced environment 

• Works independently with limited supervision 

• Travel may be required
