Job Summary
The Site Operations Lead supports the daily operations of our entertainment venue to ensure a smooth, safe, and enjoyable guest experience. This role combines frontline leadership with hands-on technical support, assisting with team oversight, guest resolution, and basic troubleshooting and repair of arcade, mobility scooter, and locker equipment.
Key Responsibilities

Lead daily workflow, create schedules, and delegate tasks to team members.

Inspire and motivate employees through positive coaching and performance initiatives.

Analyze complex situations and resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care.

Act as a liaison between park leadership and guests to ensure timely resolution of issues.

Maintain a clean and orderly area by removing spills and debris around assigned locations.

Perform hands-on troubleshooting, basic repairs, and preventative maintenance on arcade games, mobility scooters, and locker systems.

Identify equipment issues, escalate advanced repairs when needed, and communicate effectively with technical support or vendors.

Monitor operations to identify opportunities to increase productivity, uptime, and cost efficiency.

Complete basic operational and maintenance documentation, including incident and equipment issue reports.

Monitor and help enforce loss prevention procedures; partner with Security/LP as needed.

Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications Required

High school diploma or equivalent.

Minimum of 1 year of leadership or lead-level experience required.

Strong communication, time management, planning, and organizational skills.

Demonstrated hands-on mechanical or technical aptitude (arcade, mobility devices, lockers, or similar equipment preferred).

Comfort using basic tools and following technical or safety procedures.

Ability to work in various environments and travel as needed.

Able to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Flexible schedule with availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays; reliable transportation required.
Qualifications:
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in an entertainment or hospitality setting is preferred
- 2-4 years of leadership experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Weekend work availability is a must, more hours available in the future based on aptitude and park schedule
