Ventus Solutions is seeking a skilled Missile Defense Analyst with direct U.S. Army experience in Air Defense Artillery (ADA) to support an innovative program. The ideal candidate will work closely with Program Manager (PM) to support organization efforts. The candidate will have full understanding of the Patriot PAC-3 missile system including system capabilities, employment, and operational considerations. The person in this role will review and provide input on system acquisition documentation, test plans, and technical assessments. Work Location: On-site, Arlington VA.
Required Experience:
- 5–12 years of active-duty experience in U.S. Army Air Defense Artillery.
- Hands-on operational experience with the Patriot missile system (PAC-3).
- Familiarity with missile defense systems or organizations.
- Strong communication and coordination skills across all services and technical communities.
- Ability to work independently and provide high-level analytical input to program managers.
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in engineering or another technical field
- Secret Clearance
Desired Experience:
- Experience with joint missile defense integration efforts (e.g., IBCS, CEC, Aegis, THAAD).
- Knowledge acquisition lifecycle and program office operations
- Prior experience supporting OSD, MDA, or Joint Staff in an IAMD capacity.
- Top Secret Clearance
