Accountant Responsibilities:
- Process accounts payable
- Print checks and mail upon receiving signature
- Answering vendor inquiries in place of management
- Processing of bank deposits
- Responsible for bookkeeping for various companies
- Conduct financial research into opportunities to increase revenue/decrease expenses
- Variation analysis – identify and implement process improvements
Accountant Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting a plus
- 5 year’s accounting experience
- Dynamics 365 Business Central/Great Plains a plus, if not a similar software package
- Excellent PC skills including Intermediate Excel
- Must have excellent communications skills to interact with multiple levels of staff and management
- Must have ability to multi-task and handle high volume of varied responsibilities, accurately and professionally
- Must be very accurate and detail-oriented
