Position: Enterprise Project Manager – Advanced
Contract Duration: 12 months
Interview: 1 Round – Virtual/Online
Work Location: Columbia, SC 29210
Work Arrangement: On-site initially; hybrid schedule available once acclimated
Candidate Location: Nationwide candidates welcome – South Carolina residency is NOT required
Time Zone: Must be able to work Eastern Time Zone hours
Key Responsibilities
Project Management
- Lead end-to-end project delivery, including scope, schedule, budget, risks, quality, communications, and resource coordination.
- Develop and maintain project plans, RAID logs, communication plans, status reports, and executive-level updates.
- Manage cross-functional teams consisting of IT teams, vendors, SMEs, and agency partners.
- Facilitate project meetings and working sessions to validate scope, requirements, milestones, and deliverables.
- Identify project risks and issues and develop appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Support procurement activities including RFPs, SOWs, and vendor management.
- Ensure compliance with agency policies, security requirements, records management standards, and project governance frameworks.
Business Analysis
- Lead requirements gathering through interviews, workshops, journey mapping, process modeling, and data analysis.
- Document business, functional, non-functional, user story, and acceptance criteria requirements.
- Define current-state and future-state business processes, workflows, and data flows.
- Identify KPIs and quantify business value.
- Collaborate with architecture, security, data, and infrastructure teams to translate requirements into solution designs.
- Evaluate build-vs-buy options and support development of process diagrams, data models, and integration patterns.
Change Management & Adoption
- Develop change management and stakeholder communication plans.
- Coordinate UAT, cutover, readiness activities, and post-launch support.
- Monitor adoption through metrics and user feedback and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications
- 7 years of Project Management experience managing moderate to highly complex projects.
- Demonstrated experience in Business Analysis and Business Process Redesign.
- 5 years of experience managing IT, regulatory, compliance, or enterprise-level initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
- Experience working with diverse technical and business teams in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
Candidates with the following experience will be highly preferred:
- Ability to manage multiple projects/work efforts simultaneously.
- Strong schedule management and resource planning skills.
- Business process identification, mapping, analysis, and re-engineering.
- Experience developing and maintaining Integrated Master Schedules (IMS).
- Power BI and/or data dashboard experience.
- Experience with UAT, cutover, readiness, and post-launch activities.
- PMP, PMI-ACP, or comparable project management certification preferred.
