Job Title: Enterprise Project Manager / Scrum Master Consultant
Location: Fully Onsite – South Carolina
Contract Duration: 12 Months (Possible Extension)
Interview Process: One Round Virtual Interview
NOTE: Candidate MUST be a SC resident or willing to relocate to SC prior to starting the role at their own expense.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, backlog refinement, and retrospectives
- Ensure Agile Scrum principles and practices are followed consistently across teams
- Remove blockers and impediments impacting project delivery
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, stakeholders, and development teams to ensure project success
- Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback sessions
- Track project KPIs and support teams in delivering high-quality solutions on schedule
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and leadership
- Support hybrid project management environments combining Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Coach and mentor team members to foster Agile maturity and collaboration
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree (completed and verifiable)
- 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master
- 3 years of experience with Azure DevOps
- 3 years of experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies
- 3 years of experience with Agile methodologies
- 3 years of experience with DB querying and programming
- Experience with project management tools
- Experience working in hybrid project management environments (Agile Waterfall)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification
- Government sector experience
- ERP project experience
