Position Overview:
Ventures Apparel is seeking a Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who loves the outdoors, thrives in a customer-focused environment, and has retail experience. The Lead Sales Associate will help drive sales, support daily store operations, and ensure every customer enjoys an exceptional shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service by providing knowledgeable, personalized assistance.
- Help with daily operations including merchandising, inventory, and creating visual displays
- Assist in inventory management, restocking, and loss prevention.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Complete opening/closing procedures.
- Stay current on outdoor apparel trends, product innovations, and brand initiatives.
- Assist with social media presence
- Position is 24-32 hours per week with occasional Saturdays
Qualifications:
- 2 years of retail sales experience; leadership or keyholder experience preferred.
- Strong passion for outdoor lifestyle, apparel, and gear.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to drive sales and foster team collaboration.
- Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable working weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
