We're VentureMed, a fast growing MedTech innovator advancing vascular and endovascular care. Founded by Dr. John Pigott, the company developed the FLEX Vessel Prep System, a minimally invasive, non-balloon endovascular tool designed to optimize vessel preparation and improve outcomes in AV fistula, graft, and peripheral interventions. Backed by a seasoned leadership, we're entering a major commercial growth phase - expanding nationally and building our infrastructure.


Summary

The Marketing Program Manager is responsible for leading the marketing efforts including program development, communications, campaign creation and tracking that align with VentureMed Group’s global market development plans. This role involves creating and executing effective marketing strategies, conducting market research, and ensuring marketing programs and campaigns are highly effective while providing good returns on investment. This position will work closely with product development, sales, sales training, sales operations, and regulatory teams to drive business growth.


Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute marketing programs and campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive business growth in the healthcare industry.

2. Utilize market research and data analysis to identify target audiences, trends, and opportunities for marketing strategies.

3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and clinical teams, to create cohesive and impactful marketing initiatives.

4. Manage the budget and resources for marketing programs, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources.

5. Utilize Marketing Automation platform (Salesforce.com) to monitor and track programs/campaigns performance, adjust strategies and tactics as needed to meet goals and objectives.

6. Effectively manage and develop key communication channels including company website, email campaigns, and the company’s social media posts

7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes, identifying potential risks and opportunities for the company.

8. Create compelling messaging and content for marketing materials, ensuring alignment with company branding and messaging guidelines.

9. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, industry partners, and internal teams.

10. Develop and present reports on program performance to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations for future initiatives.

11. Stay informed on competitor activity and market trends, making recommendations for differentiation and competitive advantage.

12. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements in all marketing materials and communications.

13. Support cross-functional team members, providing guidance and feedback to help advance company-wide projects.

14. Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, promoting teamwork and communication within the marketing team and across departments.

15. Support planning and execution of industry events and conferences, networking, and building relationships to promote the company's mission and values.


Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (Advanced business degree a plus)

• 7- 10 Years of professional marketing experience, preferably in the medical device industry

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Ability to work independently and with cross-functional stakeholders to analyze and synthesize complex data (both internal and from customers) to make recommendations pull through tactics on key marketing initiatives.

• Direct experience working with marketing automation (salesforce.com) platforms to track and pull through marketing programs and campaigns.

• Strong project management skills including the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns, with a track record of achieving measurable results.

Salary : $105,000 - $120,000
