VentureBnB is recruiting on behalf of a short-term rental homeowner in Lexington, KY. The selected cleaner will be hired, scheduled, and paid directly by the homeowner as an independent contractor.
Property
- 2 bedrooms / 1 bathroom house, approximately 600 sq. ft., sleeps 4. Pet-friendly.
- On-site washer and dryer.
- Turnover window: 10:00 AM checkout to 3:00 PM check-in.
First job: one-time deep clean, between Saturday 10/10 and Wednesday 10/14
The home needs a deep clean before regular turnovers begin and must be photo-ready afterward. Scope: bathroom rugs, laundry closet, full kitchen degrease (stovetop, oven, microwave, refrigerator, cabinet fronts, backsplash, counters), and dusting of the TV, electronics, high surfaces, ceiling fans and baseboards. Furniture upholstery is not included. This job is quoted separately from the regular turnover price.
Ongoing work: regular short-term-rental turnovers (full clean, linens and laundry, restocking, trash to the bins, guest-ready staging). You bring your own cleaning products and equipment. The homeowner buys guest supplies and reimburses you; you let us know when they run low.
Requirements
- Residential, hotel, or short-term-rental cleaning experience.
- Reliable transportation to the property.
- Smartphone with data for messages, forms and photo documentation.
- Ability to complete each turnover inside the window.
- A backup plan if you can't make a scheduled turnover.
Pay
$90–$115 per standard turnover, paid directly by the homeowner. Please quote the one-time deep clean separately.
